Staying at Adastra was a unique experience for our family. We loved exploring Florence, and the beautiful terrace was perfect for evening relaxation, especially after visiting the nearby Cantina Antinori for wine tasting—it’s a must if you’re in the area! Fine, fine, fine.
The terrace room I stayed in offered amazing views of the private walled garden, a true hidden gem! Every morning, I savored a good breakfast surrounded by lush greenery and a symphony of birds. The attention to detail in the quirky decor, especially the calligraphy displayed throughout.

Couples seeking a peaceful escape
We spent 4 nights in this place, and it was heavenly. The staff went outta their way to make us feel welcome, like that time when they prepared a bottle of wine in our room on arrival which set the mood perfectly.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still reasonable for the experience we had.

The breakfasts were a delightful spread of homemade biscuits and fresh pastries, a real love letter to local cuisine! Plus, there’s a gorgeous terrace overlooking the garden, perfect for sipping your vino after a day of roaming. Adastra stole our hearts!
Our ground floor room was a smidge dark, and the self-check-in could get a bit tricky during off-hours. Still, the charm of the hotel totally brightened our stay!

Adastra Suites captivated me from the moment I stepped inside. The room featured charming vintage decor, complete with a unique bathtub that turned my nightly routine into a mini spa. Each morning greeted me with stunning views from the terrace, providing the perfect backdrop for breakfast. Fresh pastries tasted heavenly and matched the lovely atmosphere. The staff, especially Leonardo, stood out for their friendliness and made delicious dining recommendations. A cozy corner in the room offered a great spot to unwind after exploring. I experienced some issues with the garden access, as it was limited. I totally understand the owners valuing their privacy, but it would have enhanced the overall experience. The self-check-in process could get tricky, especially for late arrivals. Minor improvements in this area could make the experience smoother.
